"VW's Are Tough" shortstory by NikitaP
My dad was leaving the bank drive-through in he's 2004 VW Passat as some "economic asian brand" 4-door was going the wrong way [for obvious reasons -people driving out can't fucking see around the corner of a building!!!] - anyways, he got a scratch about half as bad as the VW here - the 4door, had a 1-4inch deep dent across both doors.
PS: "economic asian brand" - I had a 91 Honda Civic hatchback that dented everytime anyone over 150lbs leaned on it.

I have a Saturn...she didn't have any passengers but I think that it wasn't a "total accident" on her part. And yeah, she's claiming neck injuries.

best bet is to try and get your insurance company to take over and let their lawyers sue for insurance fraud. When you don't have to pay for an attorny, you are much better off. See if there is a way to get them to handle it for you. Tampa is bad about people trying those scams. Might be something to bring up to your agent.

Well, that's the beauty of having a lawyer dad...one of his colleagues is going to represent me.
