he's a pembroke welsh corgi. sweetascanbe. i know he's had this and that done, i dunno whether neutering is something you have to wait on like rabies shots.. my roommate would know, he's technically the owner.
^ yeah, we spent a lot of time coming up with a name and didn't settle on anything until my two best friends came up with linus at the same time and everyone loved it.
