CallMeEleanor 131 Photos	Bite me. It's condensation on the scallions. And yes, it is MAPLE ginger salmon, so that's why it's brown. I think Jess was commenting on how white it was...well I seared it and then put it under the broiler so I could get the grill marks and still have it nice and tender. 10/19/2005 5:32:39 PM
