I dont know whos house that is, where the house is at, or when the pics were taken... soooo, I just go with the photo evidence.
Phot graphic evidence would say that boards were not in place because these pictures seem fresh. If the boards were just taken down, I would think that they would still be in the lawn... the chimney hasnt even been moved, not has any other clean up been done.

Your wrong, glass is broken quite often in hurricanes and there is glass for it. BUT if it was a cat5 like you suggested, there isnt any reasonable glass for that, so it would of been BROKEN...
As is claimed by timeconsumer, it was only a 130mph gust, hardly a cat5 hurricane, I believe that is cat3 at best.

I siad the windows would of been broken in a cat5, not cat3. ALSO, most windows are broken from flying debree in hurricanes, not the wind itself.
