i live in florida. the team that won the national title had florida in it. im ok with it. since spurrier left ive had no feelings for the gators.

Seriously stfu, I wear a gators hat on campus with my usf shirt..OMG! I can guarantee you that you didn't grow up cheering for the Bulls as a kids so who gives a fuck if u support another team. If USF and the Gators ever play for the title, then maybe u have some type of arguement.

i grew up rooting for the canes, and hate the gators with a passion, being here and attending some games between the two schools, and seeing how their fans act, my hatred has grown, bottom line is you go to a school with a football team that is winning and building tradition and a fanbase, it doesn't help our fanbase grow when we have students here who support that school to the north or any school on a regular basis, and the fact is that alot of the people who are wearing gator crap are bandwagon fans who are only wearing it because they won. you go to usf, don't wear other school crap, especially gator crap. and while i grew up watching the canes play and will root for them to win, i will never wear their gear or any other gear on campus, nor would i post something like this.

i'm not sure what's so horrible about rooting for another team in a championship bowl.
i'm sure if the bulls were there the people you see rooting for the gators now would be rooting for them. it's just taking sides, why is it such a big fucking deal?
