Ya know, there are medical conditions where people have outbreaks like that and typical acne cream won't work and it takes time to go away. You might want to take that into consideration before you talk shit about someone behind their back. Ya know, maybe he can't help it? ok so someone breaks out, takes a picture and it makes his acne look worse than it was... well i know him and you can say w/e you want because he is mature enough to not care what other people think. But please remember he would NEVER say anything mean about you, because he isn't that kind of person.
