if you bring your head lower you'll be able to see the ball and control the cue better, I would also recommend working on your bridge for stability... and your upper right arm should be parallel to the cue and your elbow at about a 90 degree angle at point of contact.

sometimes, free is good. but then again i used to play free when it cost everyone else money too.
