Description
After attack on city of Falluja a platoon in my Company had to do a clean up of the city...clear out all dead bodies to make the city liveable again. GS Company, 6th Motor Transport Battalion, USMC.

We actually had the city of Fallujah cleared out weeks in advanced before we attacked. We gave everyone in the city fair warning to leave. We set up temperary tent housing for all of them and gave them food and water while we assaulted the city. Everyone that chose to stay in the city faught against us. Now that the terrorist have been cleared out of the city, we (the Marines) are cleaning the city up so that the civilian can again move back in.
