not doing a thing and not doing things that you like are two different things m'dear.
of course the pictures are going to look similar, else someone wouldn't have made a clever collage with him next to a monkey. He's the president, and he was the governor of Texas, so there will be a lot of pictures of him. Many of these pictures will be taken at inopportune times. I'm sure if you or I were in the public eye 24 hours a day and hundreds of pictures were taken of one of us, a few of those pictures would capture us looking silly.

Anyone with enough time and determination could make anything look like damn near anything. I find more humor in the fact that someone spent as much time as they would have had to to make these pictures, than the humor they try to convey with the pictures. Quite a few of the Bush/Monkey pics are a stretch too, also, you've most likely made a few of those same facial expressions...because they are common... At least Bush shows emotion, unlike Lurch:
