Yes, but some people have to work a little harder than others to look like that because God hates them.
i.e. My friend is tall, size 3, huge boobs...eats fast food every night. (Has really high cholesterol too...btw). I can out run her, but..let's just say I'm not that small.

But I think eating right and working out always makes people look better. Look at J. Lo, she works out everyday, and she still has killer curves... just have to make your diet and workout go with what your trying to accomplish...
