sled riding is dangerous, kids always died in the winter from it
i had to go to the emergency room on new years day once because i was a dumbass and hurt myself REALLY bad. damn tabogan.

well i was going down my backyard and was about to hit trees so i put down my feet and arms to try and stop, and forgot that there is a bit of a ditch for drainage in the summer right before the tree line... next thing i know my wrist somehow caught the sled and myself in the concrete hole of a ditch thing and i was screaming... and my asshole brothers wouldnt help me down the hill to my house... then you have all the god damn layers to take off and you're freezing and in pain then go to the er... ALL ON NEW YEARS DAY, what a way to start off the damn year.

Sometimes it is better if it just breaks, depends though...
I broke my arm once, it sucked cause it broke so that it couldnt set without surgery.

Well I was in 6th grade! so ha!....and and and...They cut my fucking arm open and it hurt...really bad....

yeah I believe it can be dangerous even with only doing it one day. We were in an unfamiliar area and we had NO idea what was under ANYTHING. Alan- I risked my life for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heh

its a risk worth taking. I would go sledding all the time in wisconsin. I lived around some crazy hills. I had plenty of cuts and bruises from hittin rocks and trying to go through trees but that just makes it more fun
