oh man...just the other week my friends dryer caught on fire at JC and they had to dry out the place--took over a week and then they had to wait for it to be cleaned.

Took maintenance 20 minutes to shut off the water!!! It felt like an eternity... trying to keep the hole closed. It was hot water too by the way.

That's what broke... The cheap ass plastic valve!!! The main valve is located in a locked closet.
