Yes, I am bulking up purposely. Its hard work to eat a shit ton of healthy food everyday and spend 3 hours lifting 4 times a week on top of work and shit.
As for the hair, it wasn't a hair cut but my bangs came out of the pony tail giving it that parted look down the middle. I've got other pictures of my hair just posted and pictures of my new haircut as well.

Nick has officially lost 10 pounds on his cutting program in like ten days. I hate him. I would sell my left arm to lose 10 pounds in ten days. Then again, my left arm probably weighs ten pounds, problem solved.

If you lose 10 lbs. in 10 days it's generally made of water, muscle, and not as much fat as one would hope. I hope for your sake that you're not putting your body into starvation mode by rapid cutting. Doing that will make it hang onto fat cells in the long run, and it also causes the body to eat its muscle. You should take a more gradual approach that involves comprehensive sources of protein and complex carbohydrates, weight lifting or other strength training, interval training, etc. It's not a race.

^^^It was more like 8 lbs in somthn like 12 days. But your right, it is mostly water and a little fat. I changed my diet slightly in in that I am eating a little less calories. Still taking in what I need. The biggest difference is that I added cardio type work outs... full court basketball twice a week 3 hours each session and cut down my lifting from 4 times a week to 2 times a week.
Now keep in mind I am 'body building' in that I was trying to gain size and strength for playing football not for SHOW. I'm not looking to go on stage or anything like that. As for my biceps, thats not a very functional muscle in football. Look at NFL guys, they are huge and ripped but generally dont have big biceps. I work them out, I just dont work them out like I'm Arnold. However, I might change my lifting a little since I am moving and won't be playing football like was planned. So maybe I might start doing cosmetic workouts...

I find arm exercises (other than forearms) to be useless. When you are pulling and pushing, your arms are getting worked out too.
But you look soft all over from the few pics I have seen. Even guys that don't train for body building have some definition. You look... Poofy. But best of luck. Whatever you are trying to achieve.

Look at my forearms in this picture alone, do they not look like I work out? Pretty sure they do. I have a chest showing in this pic too, no man boobs, no big gut. Just cause I dont have skin tight clothes on or a mesh shirt... Im big all over because I lift and train all my muscle groups. My squat is maxed at 700 lbs right now, my thighs are massive. Yea, I have fat on me and my face is a little poofy, but thats pretty normal when you do what I did. I don't think you know what your talking about.

Maybe you are, but I am looking at these pictures and it's nothing like you are describing it to be.
And you squat 700 lbs? You sure you are not using the leg press? Call me stupid or whatever you want, but I can't imagine you doing that with that frame.

leg press is for pussies. I do free wieghts. 700 lbs is my max according to lifting charts. I havent actually done it but based on my sets, I should be able to. I'm not going to put that kind of stress on my body though. The most I have lifted in actuality was 600. I felt I could of done more but like I said, I don't want to destroy my self.
I dont do the squats(olympic squats?) where you go all the way down, I do 90 degrees at the knees. But anyway, my legs have always been VERY strong.

squats should be done so that the plane is broken....a ball bearing placed on your knee would roll into your crotch when a squat is done properly. I wouldn't say you have sand in your vagina for stopping at 90 but def some irritation.
ps I would love to see you squat six hundred, not that i don't belive you, i just want to witness it.

I do it at the Y, which is an annoying place to do power lifting... but anyway, when I squat I always hear people be like "oh my god, look at all that weight!" and other similiar remarks.
As for the ball rolling. I try my best to get to that point. Its very difficult to understand how low you are when you are squating that much wieght. I ask my spotters to tell me if I am going low enough and if not how much lower I should go on my next rep. You can reach a point of no return if you go to low though so its hard to get it just right.

Stop squirming post pics.
Also, I like the regression from my max is ___ to well the chart says my max is ____ oh and one last thing i don't go all the way down. Not to say any of these statements are untrue, but if you reveal them in this way it looks sneaky. If you outright said:
The weightlifting chart says that with the weight I can do I should be able to squat 700lbs but keep in mind I'm not doing deep squats so there is a little wiggle room on how much I actually "max" based on the chart. I've done a max rep at 600 and it didn't feel like I was stuck there but I was cautious and decided that my intentions weren't to destroy my knees.
You would have a lot more credibility this way.
Cliffs:
Thread is worthless without pics/vids/non-biased witness

For the record they make thigh beepers that are relatively inexpensive that beep when you break the plane. When i used to power lift a lot that was the way i went. That way you know for sure you can squat it for real if someone calls you out or if you want to set a real record.

Are you lifting heavy for the sake of lifting heavy? You plan to body build or play some strenuous sport that requires strength like wrestling or football? It's going to tax on your joints at some point and I don't know if it's worth it unless your livelihood depends on it.

^^ I consider my lifting pretty legit. I wouldn't do it if I didn't think I was doing it right. Theres no point. I've spent alot of time making sure my forms are correct in all of my workouts. Whats the beeper called?
^Like I said before, I was lifting for a football team I was going to play on but just recently decided that my wife and I are moving back to florida. I'm not sure what I'm lifting for other than strength and health right now. I might find another team. And yes, I take suppliments for my joints and tendons. I'm careful.

Well... I do have good bios to play tight end in the NFL.
6'4"
250lbs maybe I could put on 10 more lbs.
4.7 40 yd dash(when I was at 200lbs, might be slower now, no idea)
Great agility.(box time is at a pro tight end speed)
Great lower body strength.
I'd have to work on my upper body strength some more to compete on that level though.
But yea, not really lookn to do that.

But those of us on the internet are only exposed to what we see in the pictures you post, and perceive it as an abrupt change.
