i lived in a building just lik ethat for 12 years in NY in Starret City, which is near Canarsie.

Isnt that starret city ^? The people who I was with who were from brooklyn said thats what these buildings were called before they were renamed spring creek towers.

^^this is ture they used to be called starrey city. They renamed it spring creek towers, but we still called ti starret. It was really ghetto but this was the only place with big apt's and cheap rent.
