Sidenote:
What exactly is Chicago style? Is it made differently? I noticed that there didn't seem to be any olive juice in this dirty martini and so I was wondering about the ingredients and so forth. Ok, now I'm craving a martini! lol

you are correct, apparently a Chicago Dirty just has two olives, one w/blue cheese the other w/pimento in it (I had eaten one already)
