regardless of how under-sexed you are this is a very good picture of you... you're hair looks good, your eyes look wonderful, and your expression doesn't look forced.
If the bikini and your belly jewel were blue this would be a little better IMO. And there's a string sticking out under your cleavage line that should be photoshopped along with that blade of grass coming down behind your arm and the unflattering fold of your bikini bottom on your leg.
And maybe add a little fullness to your bottom left lip(photo right) and smooth the curve of your chin.
I do like the general color balance of the photo, the light interaction with your hair, and your skin tone goes great with the background.
