Description
This range had 7 targets ranging from 50-300 meters. 40 targets come up and I shot 28 of them down. The average was 19.

Don't they need at least 23 to qualify?

^ Yes, 23 is the minimum to qualify. I don't remember the numbers you need to qualify for the other 2 levels. I think 30 is one level and 36 is expert or something. Not real sure anymore. If you have ever tried this, it is not easy. And me being red-green colorblind doesn't help either when the dummies are green and they have the grass behind them.
