When Britney Spears was on Ellen.. she showed her the different type of crunches she does to get her abs.. You definitely get better results then from doing regular crunches.

I can't really do picture by picture instructions.. because they'd need to be like animated.. but i'll do my best to explain.. here are some pics of britney doing them.. just so you get the idea..There are 6 different types.. and you do a set of 50 for each.

1) lay flat on your back with your feet straightup towards the ceiling (crisscross them it makes it easier).. act like your doing a crunch except crunch to the left and reach your right hand diagnally across your chest.. and then do the opposite. (crunch left and reach left hand diagnally across your chest).. do 50 of those

2) same position as the last exercises.. but put your hands behind your head.. and when you twist up to each side instead of reaching with the opposite arm. twist and reach with the opposite elbow.. do 50 of those

3) same position with feet straight up. do a regular crunch foward but lift your butt up towards you. this works the loers abs. do 50 of those

4) do 50 leg lifts.

5) regular side crunches. 50 for each side.

Mmmm the funny thing is you can do crunches till yer blue in the face and have the hardest, most rip abs -- but if you aren't SKINNY like she is, it's still not gonna look good at all.

6-pack = low body fat, not muscular abs.

body fat percentage looks to be even lower than that.

The easiest way to abs is getting skinny(low body fat) first. You can do all the ab excercises in the world but wont see anything unless you get rid of the fat covering them up.

^^her body fat is probably around 10% or less, she is very skinny, she used to cheer in high school, so she used to workout all the time.

yea, 20-25% is about average. fit is aroun 10-15% for women. Keep in mind women naturally have a higher fat % than men.

i can't imagine she's below 15%. i'm quite lean and i'm at like 13%. certainly i have a lower percentage than she, considering the presence of female secondary sex characteristics that contain fat.

Yea, 6%. Is there a reason you question this? Considering I excel at one of the most intensive cardio sports around, why would it even be a question. If you look it up, you'll see light wieght boxers who get as low as 3%.

BMI is bullshit regardless of who you are, weight, size, etc. BF and composition is more accurate.

anything below 4% bf in males is competition ready and unhealthy, a person cant survive with bf that low, at that point the only fat you have is surrounding the organs and would be due to severe dehydration/dieting

^^But why? It makes no sense to doubt that. How the heck would I be one of the best athletes in the state of Florida high schools in a cardio sport with a body fat any higher than that? By half assing my training... btw, even those who aren't necessarily good athletes can obtain this through intense training as well.

^Yep, you'll find #'s like 3% on elite athletes in the midst of competition and peak physical shape. Won't last long though.
